Hi there Everyone! For those who didn't know about Higurashi, I've decided to explain the basic plot.
Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni (When the Cicadas Cry) also known as Higurashi is about Maebara Keiichi who moves to small town (Hinamizawa) somewhere in the mountains of Japan.

During Hinamizawa, Keiichi makes many friends and starts to believe life is perfect. That is until he hears about a dismemberment at the former dam which is now a trash dump.Keiichi's friends seem to pretend there was no such thing when asked. But on the Watangashi* Keiichi hears the full story, Oyashiro-sama. Each year someone dies and someone else disappears during the festival. And It just so happens to day is the fifth year.
Who will die this year? And who will be demoned away? Is he next?
*Watanagashi (cotton drifting festival) is a festival in which they drift cotton down the river to cleanse them of their sins.
